If a client feels they have not been treated properly, they should first raise the matter directly with their broker. Should the concern remain unresolved, a complaint may then be lodged with Crypto Oversight Authority. The organisation will review the case within five working days and may request supporting information from both parties to reach a balanced and appropriate decision.

Should a broker fail to honour a ruling, payment of the insured amount will be made directly to the client. Compensation will only be issued once Crypto Oversight Authority has confirmed the validity of the dispute, as determined by an assigned team member. If the total payable sum exceeds the set compensation limit, it will be divided proportionally among all eligible claimants of the dispute.
