File a complaint

The client must first send a complaint directly to the broker he/she worked with. Please make sure that you have done this before contacting our representatives. If you have not received a response within 14 days or it is unsatisfactory, you can reach us. In this case, the Commission will consider your application in accordance with the established standards.
